    Aufgaben

    Provision of consulting services to acquirers, sellers and financiers in respect of both national and international M&A transactions in the industrial products and metals industry with a focus on the German market. Primary focus on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) projects which are frequently embedded in the client’s integrated Due Diligence support, including Financial-, Tax- and Operational modules. Typical customers encompass private equity houses and their German based portfolio companies as well as large corporations and banks. The client’s leading market position in Financial DD provides already substantial demand. The extremely broad customer base of all other service lines grants additional momentum as needed. Overall responsibility for acquisition, project leadership and team management of above projects; frequently also for a variety of other strategy related assignments. Integration of various aspects of the company’s expertise and services. Leverage of and support for the global network and particularly the other European Transaction Services Strategy Groups.

    Anforderungsprofil

    Excellent university degree in industrial engineering, economics or business administration, complemented by MBA or other post-graduate studies. In-depth and recent expertise in the industrials products and metals industry acquired either in the strategy department of a leading industry player or in Management Consulting (minimum industry experience > 6 years). The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the general industry trends in industrial products / metals and know the key drivers of revenues, opex and capex in the industry.
