    Aufgaben

    Identify Business, Win Business, Keep Business; Create and Develop a Consistent, Capable and Confident German Sales Business/ Work with BD and Marketing Expertise to reinforce and deliver the German Sales Mission and identify Broad and Niche Business Opportunities to fulfill; Be responsible for Sales AND Risk; demonstrate a strong Commercial Leadership Role to enable sales and risk forces to jointly meet ambitious targets and to avoid unnecessary risk.

    Anforderungsprofil

    7 to 10 years experience within a German asset finance sales environment; Profound market experience in a variety of asset classes; Must understand the Structured Division's total product offering including basic legal and tax issues; Must grasp and understand cross-functional requirements./ Must have experience in managing people; Huge Knowledge and Experience of Building Sales Success
