Aufgaben
Origination and Execution of loan products, capital market and investment banking solutions and related services to wide range of German Mid Corporates (Revenues € 100m – € 750m). Business Development and Account Management in a specific region with focus on international business solutions, alternative financial structures and capital market related products.
Anforderungsprofil
Mix of German and European experience possibly both in their academic background as well as their professional endeavours • Proven success record in originating and executing mid corporate loans as well as capital market solutuions and in meeting volume, profitability and risk targets • A minimum of three to five years experience in the corporate markets • Proven risk knowledge: balance sheet, cash flow and P&L analysis • Deal structuring expertise, relationship management and strategic development experience
