The Company operates in the German leasing markets with a small team of professionals. The actual leasing book is above € 100m. The medium term business plan seeks to grow the book to € 500m plus in 36 month.

    Aufgaben

    Responsible to achieve & exceed lease volume and margin targets; Fully assess and prepare the analysis of both customer and asset; Create positive client relationships to secure company policies along the sales process; Create and drive win/win business opportunities between bank client executives and their clients; Provide regular information, creative lease solutions and deal structuring support to the bank client executives; Maintain a strong relationship with internal resources

    Anforderungsprofil

    Mix of German and European experience possibly both in their academic background as well as their professional endeavours. Proven success record in leasing sales and in meeting sales volume and profitability targets; A minimum of five years experience in medium to large ticket leasing; Proven risk knowledge: balance sheet, cash flow and P&L analysis; Deal structuring expertise; Relationship management and strategic development experience; Requires thorough understanding of lease pricing, documentation, tax legislation & accounting treatment; Individual with a clear understanding of the European marketplace, a native German with a solid understanding of leasing and it´s marketplaces.
