    Aufgaben

    Play a business development role in directing the bank sales effort and in personally delivering new business to meet the strategic targets set • Develop, agree and implement a challenging marketing and sales strategy • Create a high profile for the company within the invoice discounting/ factoring industry and especially focussed at key market players, particularly intermediaries and professionals servicing the Mid Corporate Markets • Liaise with the outsourcing partner to guarantee best practices in serving the potential clients from both ends • Ensure a fast, efficient and friendly customer service from the outsourcing partner to very high standards • Oversee the client examination function to ensure best-practice and quality standards • Training, counselling and motivating CRM’s, assigning accountabilities and responsibilities and monitor accomplishments thereof

    Anforderungsprofil

    Between two to three years of experience in a factoring business • Preference will be given to candidates with established industry contacts. They will have a solid understanding of financing tech-niques, particularly funding based on sales/ forfeiting of receivables, and of economic analysis, as well as familiarity with risk issues associated with such financing • The candidate must have sales experience in the factoring and/or asset finance/leasing industry that should include extensive exposure in the areas of business development • Individual with a clear understanding of the European marketplace, preferably a native German with solid knowledge in the commercial finance markets • Proven success record in originating factoring services and in meeting sales volume and profitability targets • A minimum of two years experience in the mid corporate markets • Proven risk knowledge: balance sheet, cash flow and P&L analysis • Relationship management and strategic selling
